We, at Cottonking do our best to make sure our product quality and customer service is at the best it could possibly be. We do, however understand that some customers may want to return or exchange the product after receiving them due to a number of different reasons. No refund requests will be entertained for products damaged by the customer. However, products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
Note: Orders for all locations non-serviceable by DTDC will be delivered via SpeedPost.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product or service, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Only unused products with tags intact and attached to the garment can be exchanged. You can exchange this item by visiting any 170+ Cottonking Stores within 7 days of receipt of the garment.
Or you may send the product / products & its invoice through a reliable courier to Fashionking Brands Pvt Ltd, 5th Floor, Ganashree, Lane No.14, Prabhat Road, Pune-411004 (we refund your courier charges to your bank a/c within 7-10 business days)
